Hi @soumya090 ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, as this is a free service. According to this, you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- When you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, by doing this, all development that you haven't backup will be lost and you need to start over.
