Discovery on Lenovo IMM devices

Hello,Does anyone ever discovered IMM devices? IMM devices is a 'HP ILO' equivalent for Lenovo Servers. I dont see any patterns to discover these devices. Any info on discovering these Devices is much appreciated! Thanks in advance#discovery
