CI Schedule Manager - How to edit out-of-box reports?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to edit the out-of-box reports that are generated for the 'CI Schedule Manager' in the Discovery application (Kingston & London).
If you follow my screenshots in order you will see how I get to the report I specifically want to change. I'm curious as to how I can edit the filter seen on the report in the attached image at the bottom.

Ryan - did you find where this is hidden? We've been tasked with the same and are unable to find where to edit.

Hey Brad,
Unfortunately I did not. The cause of our impersonation errors were due to an external credential store (Thycotic) that wasn't passing domain name along with the user credential and ServiceNow would not assist us because Thycotic is not supported officially.
We've taken the 'ignore those errors...' approach but I'd love to know if you end up finding a solution to hiding these from the reports.
