Hi Community,
We are facing an issue in our ServiceNow discovery of Palo Alto Firewall Device, class of firewall devices changed to IP router. Please suggest the troubleshooting steps.

Changing the class of the Ci is Discovery common behavior, but its is done only when you the classes are changed from the customer side sometimes too. Please confirm your stake holders about the classes. I have checked my instance, Palo Alto Devices should come under IP Firewall only.
After confirming the class, you can manually change the class of the ci's which are affecting from list view. By drag and selecting Cis + shift key and then change the Ci class.

Check for System OID of the device. See if its matching with any below.
In SNMP Classification record you can see list of OIDs check there.

The SNMP OID which is configured in device, we are not able to find that OID in SNMP OID Classifications table.

Then i think it will defaulting to Router. May i have ur device OID pasted here please?
