My assignment groups are not showing up for problems. How do I populate the same assignment groups for problem that i have setup for incidents.

Hi David,
You need to add the "Problem" type to the groups that need to show as assignment_groups on the problem table.
Navigate to System Security > Groups > Select the group that you want to see as an Assignment group on the Problem table.
Add the "Problem" group "Type" to this group:
Navigate to the Problem table and test if that group is now shown as an assignment group. If it shows up then you can add the "Problem" type to all other groups that need to be shown as assignment_group's on the Problem table.
