I'm looking to take that tag off of additional comments within incident_task. The way I have the tasks set up, notifications via incident_task.additional_comments only go to the task level watch list. Some of my resolvers aren't using additional comments to best effect because they see and believe the Customer visible warning.
I've gone into the dictionary for that field within incident_task and there it shows Additional comments without the warning as both the default label and in the related links tab. So I'm trying to figure what puts the warning on? Also, how do I turn off that warning only at the incident task level. Similarly how can I change a label like work notes or additional comments at the incident task level so that it doesn't also change it at the incident level?

There is a client script named - Modify Comments Label - that adds to the label.
There is also another client script for mobile devices.
