Hello Community,
We created a new form for our service portal that uses the INC table. This form has a collector list field labeled "Which room has the problem" to choose a classroom from. How do I make a report to pick up that classroom data that the user choose from that form? When I create a new report, I choose "Incident" for the table but the only choices in the filter conditions section is from the INC table itself. How do I choose the catalog item/form variables and values for my report/widget?
Many thanks!

Hello Peter,
For getting the reports firstly you have to map 'Which room has the problem' to some new field with the Type List.
For ref, I have created a field named Group List on INCIDENT (below SS).
Once you will be able to see the data submitted on the incident from your catalog item. You will be able to see data something(refer to above SS).
Start Creating a report like the below steps.
Choose the Columns & take the variables{group list] from Available to select[Group List]
Create the needed filter & you will be able to see the Group list data selected in the list collector in the report via catalog item.
