Please suggest...How to show Display name details on Catalog's user criteria

Unable to create user criteria under Available for tab in Catalog Item. Display Name is showing grayed out.

The Display name field is always read-only, out of the box. 

You need to configure the form to show the Name field, which should have been on the form by default. 

Right-click on the header, configure form layout.

Find the Name field and shift it to the right-side and save. 

The Display name field will be set automatically when you save the record with a Name.
