Hi all,
I am wondering if someone can walk me through how to add or modify the data that is shown in the Overview section of the Service Operations Workspace. I would like to add a section for a different table, say Universal Requests, similar to incidents assigned to me. I have went through this page on the docs but am having a hard time following it and and am getting stuck. Any advice or suggestions would be helpful, thank you.

HI Mark
If I am following your question - The Universal Ticket Request (UR) originates from the Employee Center solution which is technical is a feature that lives outside the ITSM SKU. In this iteration of Service Operations Workspace (SOW), the teams have focused on those tier 1 service desk flows (i.e. first level cards - "Incident assigned to me", "Catalog tasks assigned to me", and "Task SLAs assigned to me")
The goal is to increase the backend configurability of this solution as the engineer team works on ways to make this "Next Experience" UI/UX more customised without causing breakage when upgrading. This should happen gradually over the coming releases as this will be a key feature for both Service Desk and Operations teams.
As mentioned the goal is to make this workspace dynamic, and in San Diego the configuration is more for the front end agents as seen in the attached screenshot.
The ServiceNow teams want to ensure this becomes the best go to experience for both platform owners as well as the teams using it.

Are you using UI Builder to assist with some of the challenges you are having @PaulSylo ?
