Hello, I wanted to ask the following: suppose that I handle instance A and in another country
they handle instance B. Is it possible that both instances can control a particular requirement
or incident? For example, is there a request for software installation in instance A,
but the approver group uses instance B, could both instances be linked? Or,
Could they see the same incident with their updates but through their own instances?

Greetings Mike,
Certainly you can have integrations between two ServiceNow instances. There are a variety of ways to resolve this. One such way, is with IntegrationHub. There is an example integration setup to do ebonding between incidents in two different SN systems.

Hi Mike!
We have a product on the ServiceNow Store that does just this!
It's called QuickService, and you can sync Tasks (in your case Incidents & Requests) between two instances, and keep them Process Independent.
There's a quick animated video that highlights all of the features:
You can find it on the ServiceNow Store here: QuickService
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Josh
