User unable to see the workspace list category in custom workspace

Hi All,

I created one custom workspace and it have some workspace list categories here my issue is admin able to see the workspace list categories but who does not have admin role unable to the workspace list category .

Can any one assist into this.

Hi Krishna

Did you setup  filtered lists in a workspace? Please check documentation with a guidelines:  filtered list.

1) Go to Agent Workspace Home

2) Configure Workspace

Workspace Lists -> New

Thanks for your assist, i have done already what you suggest and crated some work lists and configured role in workspace list role field but user unable to see the list in workspace

Hi Krishna, strange you don't have Home and Lists icon on the screenshot. May you please check Configure Workspace -> Workspace Modules related tab? OOB there should be three modules (Home, Lists, Inbox) in Active state.
