Walk-Up Experience Check-In : How must I do to allow users to create a appointment from the Walk-Up Experience Check-In

Hi. For IT-Kiosk implemented from Walk-Up Experience Application, customer specifications specify the end-user can program an appointment with an agent with a window of 20 minutes.
I have seen it was normally possible to do this with Walk-Up Experience as on this video, a tab to schedule an appointment is present in the Walk-Up Experience Check-In widget :

But when I add the Walk-Up Experience check-in widget to my Service Portal, there is not a "Schedule an appointment" tab :

I have seen online I had to create an Appointment Booking Service from Appointment Booking Configuration and associate the former to a location to be able to schedule appointments for this location.

So I created an Appointment Booking Service in Appointment Booking Configuration and asociate to my location Democracy Lane :

But I have still the same widget without the tab "Schedule An Appointment" on my portal.

Have I forgotten to add a widget or something like that or is it a problem with Appointment Booking Configuration ?

You have to create record in this table - sn_apptmnt_booking_service_config

After that you need to associate it from walk-up location record.

Have you done that?

We have window start & Window end field on WUA record so I am unable to find when does these field value get change. Because we have one notification its trigger is "window start changes"
