Community is a great resource. I can ask questions, and get help.
But how can I contribute? I have insights, knowledge, and experience from the last 13 years in the ServiceNow space and knowledge from the current project. I would like to share. But I really don't understand how. The forum structure and guidelines are... special.
As an example, I composed a how-to about a specific topic and posted to SysAdmin forum as a question. It was rejected within the first two minutes.
Is it something the community does not need? Is it wrong place?
Cheers,
Kostya

Hi @Kostya
Greetings!!
As you mentioned, your question got rejected for that reason. I recommend that you connect with the community admin @Dan Bruhn @David to check your profile.
Secondly, are you referring to this community to share knowledge, or are you looking for a specific ServiceNow module? The screenshot seems to suggest something different.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Thanks for the reply. This post is how to configure an inbound email via OAuth 2.0 with Gmail for Business. So an activity, a System Administrator or a Developer would do in the initial setup or later as part of operation. Thats why I shosen SysAdmin forum. But there was a need for a review because of external links. Fine. But than it was rejected almost directly, and without any explanation.
Cheers,
Kostya

Thanks, yes, but this is not so straightforward. To configure a proper OAuth 2.0 connection you need to configure your the Google service in the Google console. There are eight steps to do, so I thought I document them and share with the community. So I did, but got rejected.
The user experience is not really great in the forum. So I was wondering how to do it properly next time and did not found any helpful explanation. But I will reach out to Dan or David. Thx
Cheers,
Kostya
