Hi,
Your requirement is hide the attachments, comments, work notes but those are in applet form level. As per knowledge that is not possible if you wat to do it on same applet with different form body.
Thanks,

Hi,
For that create the applet as closed work order tasks and on Data item give condition as below.
Once you created the applet and data item for that Applet.
Then open the applet and go to the form screen and body as shown below.
On Activity Stream tab disable all.
Hope it helps!!
Please Mark ✅ Correct if applicable, Thanks!!

Hi Pavan,
I wanted to do that on the similar applet. I am not supposed to create a new applet for this.
Thank you for the answer!

You do not want to show the work notes, images, and attachments when the task is closed and it should be on the same applet itself? understanding is right? if so, you need to go to the function actions and Edit the item screen segment and edit UI parameter of "Add work notes, Add Comments sections.

Hi Paul,
Yes, you understand it correctly.
But can you please send the screen shot of the steps you said. I am not able to find the item screen segment because we don't have any function/action created with the name "Work Notes".
Appreciate your help.
