Need assist on login NOW mobile using SSO

Hi there,

When I login to NOW mobile using SSO username and password, it asks me to use Mircrosoft Edge as shown in screenshot.

Is there any configuration I am missing from backend?

looks like the configuration "intune" end needs to be checked once.  Can you check your intune configration once, as given below,

https://www.servicenow.com/community/mobile-apps-platform-articles/mobile-authentication-issue-with-...

 

once you checked, update your intune mobile version from the store once.
