Error: "Unable to Install tenant" when installing MS Teams

Hello Experts, 
I am integrating MIM into MS Teams in a newly upgraded Tokyo instance (I have successfully done this integration several times in San Diego instances) and after installing my plugins, I am getting an error: "Unable to install tenant" when I go to Install Azure Apps. Can anyone please tell me how to resolve this? I have a global Azure admin on hand to do the install logging in with his admin credentials but we are getting the below error:

Yes, it's a bit of a duplicate. I am hoping to get someone - anyone, to assist me with this issue on here. I really need help to resolve it and have found nothing in the support portal nor in communities. Do you have any idea how I can resolve this issue??

@Raguram1 Thank you so much for your help with this!! I had to create a support ticket and they actually directed me to this as a fix for my issue 🙂
