Project Implementaton from Scratch

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently started working on a new ServiceNow implementation where we need to build a Compliance Monitoring solution from scratch. At the moment, I only have a functional requirements document and a fresh development instance.

The solution needs to cover monitoring events, sample-level testing, observations, corrective actions, and reporting. Since this is a greenfield setup, I’m trying to decide the best way to approach the design — whether to leverage existing IRM/GRC capabilities or create a custom data model.

I’d really appreciate any advice from those who have worked on something similar.
