Hello Ankur,

My question is not answered there. I am looking for how or from where these messages are triggered. My asking is not to change the verbiage instead I would like to hide this message. So, for this, I believe somehow need to remove/comment out this message from XYZ logic.

Hi @CA5,

You can configure the Agent chat messages by following the below steps:

  • Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
  • Under System messages, select View All.
  • In the System Messages list, select the property record for the message you want to change.
  • In the Value field, enter the new message text (or edit appropriately as required) and select Save.

To help others (and for me to gain recognition for my efforts), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.

Thanks, Robbie
