how to open 'Now Assist AI Agent Studio'

Hi Team,

I am looking to access 'Now Assist AI Agent Studio', but not able find it. I couldn't find 'Now Assist conversational experience' in my instance. What are the steps i need to follow to open or access 'Now Assist AI Agent Studio'.

I said in 1st response, that Now Assist or AI Agents are not available on PDI.

hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  Need help regarding agentic ai workflows in CSM,ITSM,HRSD ,i need some documentaions or need any suggestion from you how to configure this ,
i am currently working on how now assist works CSM,ITSM,HRSD similarly i need how agentic ai works in CSM,ITSM,HRSD can you please help me if u have any idea about it

Agentic AI is something very new and is not available on PDI. You’ll need a pro license for it.
