Hello,
I tried to enable the Now Assist for case summarization on both user interfaces, but it is not appearing.
I have checked all the prerequisites, and I have all the necessary roles; additionally, the skill is activated.
I have done some troubleshooting myself, but I'm stuck on a few steps:
1. How can I track which page from the UI Builder is open for this case, considering we have more than 20 pages under the RECORD section?
2. Is there a specific UI Builder component that needs to be added to the form to display the Now Assist record summarization?
3. According to the configuration, the skill is set to always show, so why is the Now Assist panel still not appearing for all records? Thank you for your assistance!
and skill is activated as well

Hi @Vivek Verma
Good to see you here 🙂
I don't have much answer on this, but try to repair the Now Assist plugin once and then check. As it is OOTB so it must work.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG , Hello @Ankur Bawiskar ,
It seems there is an issue with the plugin files itself. I have raised a support case regarding this. Once I receive a solution, I will make sure to explain it here.
