How do I know I am ready to implement Now Assist for ITSM?
I came across this blog post from SN employee where a store app link is given for 'Now Assist Readiness Evaluation' and this app is created by some vendor and not ServiceNow.
Q1 - Isnt there any readiness evaluation checklist by ServiceNow?
Q2 - The above store app link talks about highlighting customizations and configurations in the Incident and Task tables, such as fields, UI actions, and scripts. How changes to UI actions and scripts will cause impact to Now Assist for ITSM implementation?

Hi @Suggy
I don’t think there’s a standard checklist that can determine whether an organization is ready to adopt or adapt Now Assist. It really depends on the organization—what use cases they have, how much they want to invest, and what kind of ROI they’re looking for.
That said, I did find a readiness checklist in Now Create, which could be a helpful starting point.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Suggy
My 2 cent on your Qs.
Q1 - Isnt there any readiness evaluation checklist by ServiceNow? ---> Atul Already Shared Now Create Link for Same. I am attaching the ServiceNow PDF of Same for your quick reference.
Q2 - The above store app link talks about highlighting customizations and configurations in the Incident and Task tables, such as fields, UI actions, and scripts. How changes to UI actions and scripts will cause impact to Now Assist for ITSM implementation?-> As per my best understanding here are few pointers. Just take Now Assist for ITSM. Summarization features or Notes Generation features etc . Custom Scripts should not cause any overlap with Now Assist for ITSM Product which ships many Scripts, Script Include, Jobs etc. Just Think Summarization Feature Uses a lot of OOTB fields as Input Parameter for the Skills. Imagine OOTB field is replaced with Some Custom Fields for let Say Short Description is replaced with some Custom Field etc which i assume not the case for most of the world's setup.

Hi @rpriyadarshy Thanks for replying. Not sure if you got my question correctly.
My question is - if I modify any OOB UI actions or client scripts or business rules, will it have any impact Now Assist implementation? Do I really need to check what all have been modified for Now Assist implementation?
I know that "fields" if modified, will have impact. Apart from fields, is there anything that we need to check before implementing Now Assist?
