@Dinesh90 Here is my 2 cent:
Microsoft Copilot and Now Assist are generative AI assistants that work together. The Microsoft Copilot integration with Now Assist in Virtual Agent enables users to get answers and take actions straight from Copilot. Meanwhile, Copilot can hand off requests to Now Assist in Microsoft Teams.
No — not with the native ServiceNow VA integration.
VA needs its own conversation runtime in Teams. Copilot cannot run VA flows inside its own window.
Build a custom Copilot bot using ServiceNow connector (no VA).
Hope This Helps.
From Solutions Perspective: I can think of this way if Your VA Topic Can be exposed as a TOOL using ServiceNow MCP Server then i see what you are looking for is Achievable. But at this Moment ServiceNow VA Topics or Flows can not be Independently exposed as TOOL using MCP Server of ServiceNow.
Regards
RP

If anyone has the steps to configure Copilot with Servicenow via the API & OAuth. I have the accounts created and connected in Azure, now I just need the steps on how to configure copilot to create and lookup an incident.
