Icon is Not Display: Suggested steps generation in Now Assist for Customer Service Management (CSM)

Hi All, 

Could you help me display the "Suggestions" icon?

Doc: Suggested steps by Now Assist Suggested steps generation in Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)

We cannot find the icon both via CSM and ITSM

Is there any document which explains how to display the icon? since I cannot find any information about it via the official doc and SN's official learning courses

@HisakoK - For CSM related workspace, if the Now Assist for CSM app is not on V9.0.1 version, you will not view the suggested steps generation skill to activate.

Yes, we use Yokohama Patch 3

Do we have to configure some section to display the option?
(Or do we have to create a case to display the option?)

Few more questions: 

 

a) Is your plugin "Now Assist for ITSM ()" on latest version (9.0.1)?

b) Is plugin "Recommended Actions for ITSM (sn_itsm_ra) activated and on latest version (3.0.0)?

c) Is the skill "Suggested steps generation" activated and configured? (You wont see this skill if Now Assist for ITSM" app is not updated to latest.

I thought we've installed the latest version of Now Assist for ITSM but it seems not.

but it says it's "up to date".

Do you know why our instance says like that?

 

We also already installed the plugins mentioned by you previously:

I can find this option via Service Operation Workspace

But what I would like to confirm this option is CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace based on ServiceNow Documentation.

 

Could you confirm why the expected workspace does not display the icon?
