Issue with Now Assist Incident Summarization - Work Notes not updating

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with Now Assist for Incident Summarization. After summarization is generated, I use the 'Share' button, but no 'Share to Work Notes' pop-up appears.

For incidents with lesser data, it works as expected.

For incident with large amount of data, the 'Share to work notes' pop-up did not appears so not able to update the work notes.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Is there any limitation on the data size for summarization or work notes update?

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Please check the Log and paste here - sys_generative_ai_log.

Hi @RPR, 

I checked and found that sys_generative_ai_log is only accessible to user with 'maint' role.

Also, the summarization is working fine but share to work notes functionality is not working as expected.
