Now Assist Panel is showing a blank

Hello All - Recently we have upgraded our instance and we see now Assist panel is blank and not displaying any text or skills. any help is highly appreciated

If you have upgraded the instance, may be you need to upgrade the plugins, Upgrade your plugin for NowAssists

@Meera1 - As @Paulsylo said, it is likely that the plugin Generative AI controller needs an update (along with the platform upgrade).

If it dosen't resolve the issue, then it might be a configuration miss, would you be able to paste a a screenshot for the Now Assist panel ?
