Now Assist Panel is showing a blank

Hello All - Recently we have upgraded our instance and we see now Assist panel is blank and not displaying any text or skills. any help is highly appreciated

Did you update or repair all the Now Assist plugins? If yes, and the issue still persists, please log a ServiceNow support case.

@Satishkumar B - Follow the below steps to see if it works

  1. In the filter navigator, go to Conversational Interfaces -> Assistances
  2. In the row for "Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default)" click on the 3 vertical dots and select "Turn on/off"
