Use cases for AI Agents

Keen to hear what might be the possible use cases for AI Agents to solve ?

 

Consolidated list (from comments below 👇):

 

a) user asking for recommendations on X days leave in next Y months which provides maximum coverage of company holiday calendar and weekends, so he/she could plan a vacation.

 

b) Top 10 assignment groups/assigned to's not populating description/close notes for an incident [which will eventually contribute to LLM's for Now Assist applications]

 

c) AI Audio: attending a Customer support or call support during the weekends, (rather call going o voice mails), we can create agents to receive and convert to request.

 

d) Approvals: list of change management  approvals and Risk assessment and do a auto approve, Let your CM works on other high priority.

Hi @anubhavkapoor76 Bhai ! How r you ? 

In your example, first case is good candidate for AI agents to work , as we can use this as Assistant to do some interpretation of your calendar and perform some analysis and provide some personalized recommendation. At certain point, we can say, it saves time and effort in leave planning ..

 

Of course, above threads shows some good example of use cases on AI agents. According to me, , all these repeatable task requirement where we required a minimal human intervention are potential use cases for AI agents, where we can reduces those minimal dependencies as well ( atleast to start) by creating AI agents Ex: attending a Customer support or call support during the weekends, (rather call going o voice mails), we can create agents to receive and convert to request,

2. You can also create agent to send proactive reminders for weekly reports , you can create an agent to prepare weekly report and send a mail to groups.

3. list of change management  approvals and Risk assessment and do a auto approve, Let your CM works on other high priority 

4. MIM calls and communication handling and open the bridge and summarizing the incident and taking notes and sending summarization periodically..  these are few example, where we need a minimal intervention from human, we can try to fill this space with AI agents.  we can start creating agent to atleast targeting those these minimal actions.

Before going to full blown cases. That's my 2cents !   let me call you in evening !

Here are my comments on the used cases:

 

I have added "attending calls" and "approvals" use cases to the master list. 

 

For the weekly reports one - i believe the idea is to avoid emails and drive users more to the platform as much as possible.

 

For the MIM calls - are you referring to the bridge on MIM module or on Teams - I believe Co-pilot can do this lot more effectively by the transcription of Teams meetings or any other external AI tool.

Yes, these can be a good use case of Agentic AI.

The only thing is first point to draw them on paper and set a process and then you can build in SN.
