How to enable the Dynamic Translation Option in Dynamic translation in Agent Chat

Hello,
Currently I am trying to setup Dynamic translation in Agent Chat with Google Translator.
I have followed all steps from this document - Google Cloud Translator Service spoke (servicenow.com)
But, on Agent Workspace, i am not able to find Dynamic Translation Option as shown in below image (reference from Dynamic Translation | Agent Chat - YouTube). I have performed all the configurations as well.
Please provide some inputs if i need to do some additional steps to view this option in Agent Workspace.

In your post you mention Rome version. I made a demo in January about Agent Chat translation, so I have some screenshots, there the UI looks slightly different - instead of the 3 dots from the screenshot, there is a globe icon. I don't have access to a Rome version anymore, we are on San Diego, but I found a screenshot which I believe was still from Rome:
Do you see this icon?
(The video was recorded in 2021, maybe the instance was Paris or Quebec.)

Hello,
Yes I am able to setup the configurations for Dynamic Translation and now it is working fine.
I just want to know that currently this globe icon in the chat is available for all the agents by default.
But is it possible to restrict this option to enable or disable the dynamic translation for only some queues?
And if yes, Pls let me know how can we do such configuration in which this option is visible to just some queue agents and not for all

I need to understand that after installing Google Cloud Translator Spoke, do we need to perform all the steps mentioned in this document Google Cloud Translator Service spoke (servicenow.com) ?
And which team can support for configuration at Google account end?
