Instance issue today ?

For later part of the day today, instance was very slow and requests submitted were getting stuck.

did anyone face this issue ? Has ServiceNow acknowledge that some issue with the platform ?

If you are referring to PDI , then there is no support available,I was using my pdi till 9pm IST and there was no slowness or issue encountered.  Might be cache issue.  Try cache.do.
