I want to predict the category of incident on the basis of short description value given using PI

I have one requirement where I want  the category of incident should be recomended on the basis of Short description of incident with the help of predictive intelligence.

Can you please guide how I can acheive this.

You need to train the Predictive Intelligence to make this work. Your requirement falls under Classification Framework of Predictive Intelligence. Refer this link for more details:
