Hi @Thomas_Davis ..I've a question. Is there any way we can correct the historical data scores. I'd a situation where I'd run historical job many times. So Is there any way where I can correct this. there is a change in the indicator source. so is there a way to correct the existing trend.

If something on the indicator change, you can always modify the historical collector to go as far as you need to correct the new data. 
Or if the change is substantial i suggest to create a new indicator and leave the other one alone.

I have recently joined the community and all these webinar videos are very helpful and provide good suggestions. My organization is not at this stage of maturation where we can use the solution, we just started to use PA. I am working on the Incident Management Performance dashboards for IT Managers now. I have activated the OOB IM dashboards and they are great. I have also gone through some good articles https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-service-management/page/use/dashboards/application-conte...  and https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-service-management/page/use/dashboards/application-conte... . I am wondering if there are some other videos or posts related to this topic I can check.

I have a workbench widget on one of my dashboards that has breakdown filters. When I select a breakdown pn the dashboard and select just 1 element, the workbench breakdown responds but when I select multiple elements on the dashboard, the workbench does not respond to the elements but rather acts as if it's not following any element.
 
Please is there a workaround for this, or do I need to update any system properties to enable this functionality?

These invites are no longer showing on my calendar.  I also tried to re-register and have not received anything.  Is the link the same as the sessions earlier in the year?

Hi.. There is a way where i can have a report with a pivot table where i can sum ritm + cases + catalog task per month innthe same report. What i want to know is the sum of al my ritm + all my cases + all my catalog task that i closed each month .. Hoe can i do that? I dont have admin role

With the conversion to the PA dashboards, have you seen issues with content blocks that are nothing but a KB article? We don't have a lot but enough. Its shows the article but i cannot control the size and it squishes it.

The link to register seems to be broken/having issues. This is how it's (not) working for me since 2024:

  • The meeting series will expire / drop off my calendar
  • I will come back here to re-register when I notice that's happened (usually after missing a session or two)
  • I can register and receive a success message, but I never receive the confirmation email
  • If I use an email address that ServiceNow has never seen before, I do receive the confirmation email
  • However, I'm running out of emails to provide
  • TL;DR: re-registering doesn't work the email address to receive the meeting invite has been previously used

@Thomas_Davis  I asked the following question in the webinar, Marta Penzo asked that asked it here for a follow-up. 

 

Report "List" visualization type related to Project "Overall staus" field shows the values as green, yellow and red with the filed also color coded on the core UI, but in platform analytics "simple-list" visualization, it shows only the values (green, yellow, red) without the colors highlighted, is there a way to enable that on platform analytics?

Thanks for some great presentations! Serena Montarini held a presentation on March 5, 2025 where she among other things showed improvements to the KPI details view. In Yokohama, it's now possible to export a list of records directly from the KPI details dashboard - amazing!
Any plans of making this possible for simple list data visualizations on dashboards, too? I know we can export the list if we go the to visualization designer, but here we will loose the filters set on the dashboard. And if we choose "View all" from the visualization on the dashboard, we will loose the fixed columns we set on the visualization on the dashboard. So either way, we will loose some functionalities when exporting a simple list compared to what we were able to do in the CoreUI, where it was possible to export a list report directly from a dashboard.

I'm trying to find the best audience for my question... I have posted on the community and received over 150 views but no answers...  Performance Analytics Target changes..? 

I'm working on the classic performance analytics dashboard.   I have set targets on the indicator

However, the targets only work if I set them in the analytic hub:

Is there a way to show the targets from the indicator level without this extra step?
