After Upgrade to Kingston, Dashboard is Spinning Forever

After upgrade to Kingston we had report from a user saying that the dashboard they use to see is no longer working.

They see all the items with a spinning circle forever. I've impersonated that user in other browsers and instances, still same behavior.

Tested with other ITIL users, no issue. Checked the permissions for the affected user, nothing has changed so it should work the way it was working before.

Did anyone experience the same?

1) I would put in an incident in HI

2) For this user, try clearing the preference in sys_user_preference for com.snc.pa.ui.preferences_dashboards

Looks like you are getting a JavaScript error.  To identify the issue, open the browser console and see what it says.

But why only affects a single user?

Better saying, the first error above shows to everyone with no issue.
