After upgrade to Kingston we had report from a user saying that the dashboard they use to see is no longer working.
They see all the items with a spinning circle forever. I've impersonated that user in other browsers and instances, still same behavior.
Tested with other ITIL users, no issue. Checked the permissions for the affected user, nothing has changed so it should work the way it was working before.
Did anyone experience the same?

1) I would put in an incident in HI
2) For this user, try clearing the preference in sys_user_preference for com.snc.pa.ui.preferences_dashboards

Hello Adam,
I tried clearing out the snc component for dashboard for the user, however it keeps coming back. Can you suggest how can i permanently flush this off?

Put in an incident with HI if you haven't. To make sure the record isn't cached. Be sure the user is logged out, then clean the setting, then have them log back in. If this doesn't do it, you need to do a little more digging into what is happening which support should be able to do.
