Aged Incident Report

Hi there,

We have a requirement for an aged incident report as a time series. So it would show lines for incidents less than 7 days old, between 7-14 days, between 14-30 days etc. over the last 2 or 3 years.

We've tried setting this up in PA with little success. Would someone be able to advise how we can configure this report?

Hi @Doireboy ,

You can do this in report designer instead of utilizing performance analytics (unless you would like to see a trend over time). Just create a report based on the incident table, and utilize filter created before 7 days ago etc.

Hi @AndersBGS

Unfortunately it's a time series/trend over time style graph we need for this one.

Many thanks,

Steven

Hi @Doireboy ,

Ok, how would you like the data to be presented - have you created a moc up? Just for me to give the right guidance.

Hi. @AndersBGS

We've been asked to present this as a line graph similar to the attached.

With one line showing the trend of tickets less than 7 days old, one for tickets 7-14 days old and so on, weekly over the last 12 months. If that makes sense?
