New to PA - only had plugin activated in our fuji configuration this week. The basic indicator is not showing me score data for 19/08 for 'number of resolved incidents' and 'incident backlog growth' but is for number of new incidents and number of open incidents?
See enclosed screen shot - is there any reason I cannot see yesterdays activity around resolution and as a consequence backlog?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Andrew,
Increasing this threshold doesn't solve the problem. Question: hy did you run the historical job this morning? The historical job should run only once. After this collection turn on the daily job and that's it.
The error however does ring a bell to me. The indicator incidents.resolved should only count the number of incidents resovled on yesterday, not all incidents ever resolved. Could you please check the following?
Go to Indicator sources -> Incidents.resolved
it should look like this:
Now check the number of records matching your condition. This is probably a very large number. If that's the case try adjusting the condition to the following:
Now click on the double yellow arrows to see if the number drops.
Verify you have only selected incidents resolved on today by click on the blue text.
Click update if correct.
Now run your historical data collection once more to update the historical values.
Cheers,
Vincent

Hi Andrew,
It seems you are missing the open incidents in stead of the resolved incidents. But anyway, in the job logs you can see which jobs have run and whether they are collected with errors. If this is the case you can open these logs and filter on the errors. This should give you more info on what went wrong. If you can't figure it out based on the logs feel free to post some screenshots. I'll be more than happy to help you figure this out.
Cheers,
Vincent

Hi Andrew,
In case you do not have any job errors. Could you verify that the indicator for open incidents is indeed empty?
Go to Scorecard -> Number of open incidents
If this scorecard shows you the data for 19/08 the the job finsihed as it should. The problem then probably lies in the widget you attached in your post. Is this changed? Does it still have the indicators for open and backlog growth in it? It should be configured like this screenshot:
Cheers,
Vincent

Sorry Vincent - I only posted a portion of the basic indicators to show the difference in the target. I have all the indicators present, just that the resolved and backlog don't show a different score figure based on yesterday, the new and open do. The basic indicators screenshot you posted is identical to what I see.
Will check on the job errors, I can see 1 error for the daily collection, and 120 for historical (which was also run this morning).
