Is there a way to see all the open items assigned to my group in a single pane?

We used to just have incidents, now there are incidents, request tasks and changes and they are all over the place.

 I don't want to have to be a S-NOW developer, I just need to see what I need to work on.  So frustrating

Create a report on the Task table and you should see everything. All Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests are Tasks. Be sure to include the Task Type to the report.  You may want to limit the report to certain Task Types.

There is MyGroup and MyWork which will show tickets that are assigned to you My Group shows tickets that are assigned to your department.

To add to the above replies, there are also out-of-the-box dashboards that give you visibility to your work:

You don't need to be a developer to see whats on your plate but yes you will probably have to spend a bit of time tailoring a dashboard and its contents so that it meets your and your organizations needs. We can't (yet) predict all the items that you want to see and then automatically build the dashboard for you.
