Hi community,
I have a problem with the task below from the "Performance Analytics (PA) Simulator - Micro Certification".
When I navigate to the lists below, I can't find the field "Package.ID", I only see the "Package" field in the filter and don't find any recors that seem to fit for the filter criteria "com.snc.pa". I find 0 indicator sources instead of the 4 I should find. Same problem for the automated indicators.
I don't know how to proceed, it seems to me that the demo data has not loaded completely, altough I activated the DemoData Plugin and activated the "load demo data" checkbox (see attached screenshot for the demo data plugin after I activated it). Can anyone help?
In this task you review some of the best-practice out-of-box configurations that enable you to monitor the Incident Management process. For Incident Management, these components are included in the base com.snc.pa package. For other processes, the respective Content Pack needs to be installed.
NOTE: This task will not validate if you do not navigate to the locations indicated below.
Indicator Sources
- Navigate to Performance Analytics > Sources > Indicator Sources.
- Apply the filter Package.ID = com.snc.pa.
- Click into and review the resulting 4 indicator sources to ensure they match your Incident application table structure.
Indicators
- Navigate to Performance Analytics > Indicators > Automated Indicators.
- Add the filter condition Package.ID = com.snc.pa.
- Click into and review the resulting 16 indicators to ensure they capture the metrics you want to measure and track.
Collection Jobs
- Navigate to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Jobs.
- Apply the filter Package.ID = com.snc.pa.
- Click into and review the [PA Incident] Daily Data Collection and [PA Incident] Historic Data Collection jobs. Review the list of indicators which are being populated by these jobs. Dashboard that feature these indicators will be populated with data after the jobs complete.
-------------
Upon completion of these tasks, select the Validate Task button. If the validation fails, you will be presented with feedback text that indicates what could be failing, along with clickable links to our documentation site for more guidance.

Hi @MichaelKolb,
I believe it's asking you to filter by dot-walking from the Package field.
i.e.
You can do this by selecting the Package => Package fields in the filter
Select the field again and select ID
Hope that helps, cheers.
