Hi All,

I am trying to view CMDB Serviceview from Performance Analytics dashboard & I am getting the one message on the dashboard for different report -"How to resolve "Please activate the Event Management and Service Mapping Core plugin to see service scorecard" . Though I have installed all the plugins including the below mentioned plugins -

  1. Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Service Mapping
  2. Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Event Management
  3. Event Management Overview Homepage. 

Still it is not working, I have executed all the jobs belong under Performance Analytics.

Any help will be great. Thanks.

Hi Amrita,

 

You have to activate the 'Service Mapping' com.snc.service-mapping core plugin for this. Please contact servicenow for the same.
