Activating OOB performance analytics dashboards - Customer Service Management

I have activated the below plugins, expecting to view all the dashboards that come out-of-the-box for Customer Service Management. However, I am only seeing one Customer Service dashboard (refer screenshot).

 

Content packs that have been activated:

1. Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Advanced Work Assignment
2. Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Customer Service
3. Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Customer Service Management - Advanced

FYI: I have also tried the 'All' Group filter 

Some of the dashboards I was expecting to see are:

  • Customer Service Agent
  • Customer Service Manager
  • Customer Service Executive (visible)

Highly appreciate any help to guide me on what I am missing.

The dashboards are visible from the Platform analytics -> Analytics Center instead of Performance Analytics -> Dashboards

The spotlight was installed while the other content packs were installed. However, it was my bad that I was referring to Performance Analytics dashboards.

Try installing Performance Analytics - Spotlight (com.snc.pa.spotlight) plugin.
