Reporting on Surveys CSATs

Hi community
I would like to understand how to report of CSATs please.
How can I see the following:
1. List of surveys grouped by score.
2. Tickets that the survey is related to.
3. User that submitted the tickets.
If you can point me to the tables and fields and easiest method to do this that would be helpful.

The Survey Overview dashboard is deprecated. It is no longer deployed, enhanced, or supported.
