Dear all,
I am trying to create a new List Report in the Software Asset Workspace and Group the outcome for the Company.
In the "old" interface there was this possibility when building a Report but I cannot find the same in the oftware Asset Workspace.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot in advance

Hello @moroneda,
I hope I understood your question correctly - you want to display a workspace report grouped by default so that the user doesn't have to do this anymore, is that right?
Unfortunately, it is true that you cannot specify an automatic grouping via the report configuration.
However, the following possibility exists:
- Open the report and make the appropriate configuration (e.g. additional grouping)
- Open the "Advanced view" and save the filter to your group or everyone
- Your end users should open the advanced view filter and choose one of the (saved) existing filters
Please create an idea to add the feature back to the Workspace.
Best, Dennis

Hoping to understand your question as well. Under the Software Asset Workspace, you can create different reports like the "old" interface where you would select/identify the table you would like to pull the data from.
License usage -> Reports -> Manage reports -> New (Create the report) -> Save. Once done, go back to Reports and you will see the newly created report. Click this and it will give you the results.
To group the results by company, you must edit the column and include the “Company” field. Click the 3 dotted lines under the Company column then “Group by Company”:
Thanks,

Hi Engelica thanks a lot for the reply.
I'm building a list report for Office 365 users from samp_sw_subscription table and I'm wondered that Company is not in the list of available Columns.
am I using the wrong table?

Hi,
If you are using the samp_sw_subscription table, you can add the "Company" from the "User" details:
