I've added several custom products to our instance but am unable to locate the Discovery map for any of them.
The specified products show up in the software installations and the discovery model. However when I add the entitlement and create the software model i am unable to locate a discovery map for any of them. Any suggestions?
Thank you

Hi Chris,
Since the product you've selected on the Software Model is custom, there likely aren't any Discovery Maps predefined in our content. If there were, the content library would likely have included the Product as well. In this case, you can define the Discovery Map parameters.
On the Discovery Mapping tab, you can manually set the Version Condition, Edition Condition, Platform, and Language. In the screenshot clipping below you can see that I've manually set the Discovery mapping attributes for Microsoft Access as follows..
Version condition "starts with" Version "2013"
Edition condition "is" Edition "Professional"
Platform "Windows"
Language "--Anything--"
