Hi @geetha Breeze,
the screenshot about the discovery model is one of the root causes, your discovery models are not normalized to a valid publisher, product, version, edition. Due to this missing attributes the recon is unable to link the installs - discovery models with your software model during the reconciliation.
Please check all your Windows Server discovery models and ensure the required values are added.
Best, Dennis

Hi @geetha Breeze,
the product in this case is „Windows Server“ and another reconcile is required.
publisher: Microsoft
product: Windows Server
Version: 2022
Edition: Standard
Each software model comes with a menu bar tab „Discovery Models“ where you can check if your normalized models are covered by this software model.
Looks like you created a custom product for this? Please don’t do it - the content library covers MSFT quite well.
I can only warmly recommend that you watch the necessary SAM Pro trainings, blogs and videos - otherwise your SAM program will not deliver the added value you are hoping for.
Best, Dennis

thank you for your reply. I have updated the details as advised by you. definitely. I will go through the videos. I could see that software model fetches the relevant software discovery models after I updated with correct version and edition but it doesnt showcase the software record under"installs" tab in license required field. I will go through the videos and will try to fix it.
