Missing Fields on Create Entitlement form in Software Asset Workspace

Hi All,
I want to create Entitlement using Software Asset Workspace, I have filled the all the visible fields on forms and saving form, but getting the following error.
Steps: Navigate to Software Asset Workspace -- > Create Entitlement --> Fill Form -->Save
Click on Create Entitlement below form appears
As per error mandatory missing fields are Owned by, Company and Vendor which are not available/visible on the form to fill, but facing error while submit. Please any one help us to fix this issue.

On the standard form those fields are set as Mandatory. To view them on the Workspace view, you need to go to System UI > Forms and look for Table = alm_license and View = Workspace and add the fields to the appropropriate section. Then the next time you open the entitlement record within the Workspace you will see those fields and be able to populate them.

Hello Ken,
Thank you for your reply, as you mentioned above we have verified in the UI form -> Workspace View --> we have both UI Section: General and Financial as shown in below
Both UI Section also have required fields added on sections as shown in below screen shot.
Once we click on software asset workspace module we navigate to Workspace landing page, is it a UI Page / Other.

Hello Alex,
Thank you for your reply, as you mentioned above we have verified in the UI form -> Workspace View --> we have both UI Section: General and Financial as shown in below
Both UI Section also have required fields added on sections as shown in screen shot.
Even though the required fields are available on Form and Sections still we are not able to see the Fields on Software Asset Workspace page.
