Can anyone share what are the parameters for a Software Product to show up in the dashboard ? So far below are my findings - 

Displays the Software Product(s) on the dashboard that are “Software Subscription” – true.

AND

Software Product should have a Software Model & an Entitlement associated to it

I was able to figure this out on my own - 

Software Products has “Main Category” associated based on which they are grouped.

Displays the Software Product(s) on the dashboard that are “Software Subscription” – true.

AND

Software Product should have a Software Model & an Entitlement (with cost) associated to it.

After making changes to any existing products please ensure to run reconciliation to see the product in the usage dashboard.

What exactly is a "main category" on a SW Product?

Hi @1__ElieB,

the main category is managed by the SAMP content team. Please go to table [samp_sw_products] and add the column "Main category" to see details for all products. Example screenshot below.
