Overlapping Usage View - Software Asset Workspace

Can anyone share what are the parameters for a Software Product to show up in the dashboard ? So far below are my findings - 

Displays the Software Product(s) on the dashboard that are “Software Subscription” – true.

AND

Software Product should have a Software Model & an Entitlement associated to it

What is the condition for the number of subscriptions to be visible?  All of our applications are at 0 in the Overlapping usage list view even though we have many active subscriptions entitlements with Main categories specified on the SW Product.

Software Product should have a Software Model & an Entitlement (with cost) associated to it.

After making changes to any existing products please ensure to run reconciliation to see the product in the usage dashboard.

Obviously, active entitlements have quantities & software models automatically.  We also have unit costs specified.  What am I missing?  Why are the quantities still at zero in the Overlapping dashboard?

Hi Fatima,

After adding the main_category field to the software products view, are you able to confirm you have multiple entitlements for different products, which have discovered installation counts, and use the same category? This would help you confirm they should show up in that report. It is possible to not have any overlapping products.

Yes, we do have multiple active subscription entitlements with active quantities and costs with the main category specified.  As you can see in our printscreen, I'm simply wondering why the second column, number of scubscriptions, are all at zero.  I can't seem to explain why that is.
