Publisher name not reflecting under license usage

Hello Community

I need help on Publisher name not reflecting under license usage. I've checked all possible ways to fix this issue but not finding solution.

The software model is reflecting in asset workspace under Licensing software models, but publisher field is showing empty in software models (added pic here) when I open it publisher name is there, and manufacturer is also there. What could be the reason for showing publisher field empty in software models. Can someone please help/ suggest.

Transform map is showing like this. Do we need to do any changes here? If yes, but for some publishers it is displaying publisher name under license usage.

Hi @PatthiBharathi,

does this happend to all custom products or only in this case? Did you tested the same on another instance?

I would suggest the following steps:

• Please reset the software model view in software asset workspace to default
• Please share a screenshot of the software model record (open the records)
• Please provide a screenshot of the XML file for this record including the publisher details (3 littls dots next to software model status, see screenshot)

Hello All,

Thank you for taking time and responding to query. Finally, our issue is fixed after raising HI Support case. We have run some fixed scripts and all good now. In our case, the issue is caused by using SAM without setting up 'Normalization Data Services' to maintain the core_company table
