was going through "Reserve entitlements from existing Microsoft Office 365" chapter. Did not understand what is meant by "Reserve Entitlements"? How is it different from normal Entitlement?

Hi @Chakra ,
This is very specifc only to Microsoft o365 and its is to to add licenses to your existing o365 subscriptions. You can pay for the new licenses during your true-up process.
Its something like your blocking or reserving the license for future use or upcoming projects. There is no specific difference in compration with normal entitlements...
I hope this helps...

Thanks Sohail, can that be considered like this?
A future projections for Microsoft Licenses within the organization and can be consolidated after certain time and request Microsoft for those licenses. This helps to get better deal giving scope for negotiation.
Also can we understand a "true up" is like a "top up"? Can you explain with any an example about True ups?
