Could someone with an instance currently synced to the Content Library please provide the number of rows in your samp_sw_product table?
I realize there are multiple ways this table gets populated, but I assume the bulk of data is coming from the Content Library.
I am working with a large on-premise ServiceNow instance managed by an IT Enterprise. There is some question as to whether or not we have been importing content library updates over the past several months/years.
A current row count on the samp_sw_product table could help my office determine approximately how current we are.
Thank you.

I'm seeing 197741 records in the samp_sw_product table. The latest sync that was performed on 2020-07-04. Hope this helps!

Jeff, thank you very much for the response. 197741 seems more realistic. Thanks for the count.

Hi Matt,
Just opting for Content service means, you only authorising to collect information from you instance, and this action will not download contents in to samp_sw_product table.
You need to complete Normalization Data Service guided setup to see the data downloaded from Content service servers into your instance.
Hope this helps?
