Hi all! I have a couple questions around the SAM content service. I've opted into the SAM Content Service in our non-production and production instances.

1) Where can I see status of the incoming content service updates, etc?

2) Are the updates provided on a daily, weekly, monthly basis?

3) Where can I view the library data?

I've searched and not been able to locate information on this. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for pointing this out. Of note, if not obvious for anyone else, you'll need to load all dashboards or group by Software Asset Management dashboards initially to see this dashboard.

1) Where can I see status of the incoming content service updates, etc?

You can goto System Logs >> Outbound HTTP Requests >> Look for sncdataservices.service-now.com

2) Are the updates provided on a daily, weekly, monthly basis?

This is weekly basis we pull the data. (these jobs are in cds_client_schedule table) but these are not visisble as they are maint access only.

3) Where can I view the library data?

Library data is no visibility. But you can cehck the imported data in individual tables like samp_sw_product, etc.

In Madrid, there is a Normalization and Content Service Dashboard that provides some of the information that you are looking for.
